Yateley Sports CIC Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sale
Gig on the Green Yateley, Yateley Cask & Cork Festival and Sausage & Cider Fest
Tickets for Gig on the Green Yateley, Yateley Cask & Cork Festival and Sausage & Cider Fest are issued on behalf of Yateley Sports CIC. By purchasing, holding or using a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About the organiser
These festivals are organised by Yateley Sports CIC.
Any profits generated by the festivals are used to support sports facilities being developed around Yateley United Football Club at Sean Devereux Park and to help provide funding for future community events run by Yateley Sports CIC.
2. Tickets
2.1 Tickets are issued in electronic form only and may be sent by email or text message. Printed tickets are not issued.
2.2 Every person entering the event site must hold a valid ticket where a ticket is required.
2.3 Tickets must be purchased through authorised sales channels only. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be invalid, and entry may be refused.
2.4 It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check, before completing the transaction, that they have selected the correct event, date, ticket type and quantity.
2.5 It is your responsibility to check your ticket confirmation when you receive it and to contact the organiser promptly if there appears to be an error in the ticketing information issued to you.
2.6 A ticket may not be used for any commercial purpose, including promotion, competition, hospitality or resale, without the prior written consent of Yateley Sports CIC.
3. Transfers and resale
3.1 If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone you know personally, provided this is done privately and not for profit.
3.2 Tickets must not be resold for more than their original face value unless Yateley Sports CIC has given prior written permission.
3.3 Any transferred ticket remains subject to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Admission, entry and security
4.1 Yateley Sports CIC and its security staff reserve the right to search persons, bags and other personal property before entry and during the event.
4.2 Refusal to cooperate with a reasonable search may result in refusal of entry or removal from the site.
4.3 Admission may be refused, or a person may be removed from the site, where this is reasonably necessary for safety, security, licensing compliance, prevention of disorder, suspected unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 A ticket does not guarantee entry after the advertised last entry time, if one applies, or where the venue is required to close entry for safety reasons.
4.5 Anyone leaving the site may be subject to the re-entry rules in force for that festival. Proof of valid admission may be required.
5. Behaviour on site
5.1 Everyone attending the festival must behave in a safe, respectful and responsible manner.
5.2 Anyone behaving in a way that is abusive, threatening, violent, unsafe, seriously disruptive, or likely to cause harm, nuisance or damage may be refused entry or removed from the site without refund.
5.3 Anyone causing damage to the site, equipment, infrastructure or property, or causing harm to another person, may be removed and may be reported to the police or otherwise dealt with through appropriate legal action.
6. Photography, filming and recording
6.1 Unauthorised professional photography, audio recording, video recording or filming is not permitted without the prior written consent of Yateley Sports CIC.
6.2 By attending the festival, you acknowledge that photographs and video footage may be taken for event security, safety, promotional and archival purposes.
6.3 Where images or footage are used by Yateley Sports CIC, this will be in connection with the festivals and related community promotion.
7. Age restrictions and children

7.1 Children and young people under 18 may attend only on the basis that they remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.
7.2 Children must be properly supervised at all times.
7.3 Anyone under 18 must not enter, leave or re-enter the site unless accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.

7.4 No person under the age of 18 is permitted in the licensed bar areas.
7.5 Yateley Sports CIC reserves the right to apply further age restrictions where required by the event format, licensing conditions or operating plan.
8. Alcohol and age verification
8.1 The sale or supply of alcohol to anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
8.2 Anyone who appears to be under 25 may be asked to provide valid proof of age before alcohol is supplied or where age needs to be verified for entry or wristband purposes.
8.3 Acceptable identification is a valid passport, photocard driving licence, or an approved proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram.
9. Food and drink

9.1 Ticket holders may bring in alcohol for their own consumption until 6.00 pm only.
9.2 After 6.00 pm, alcohol may not be brought into the festival site. This applies to entry and re-entry.

9.3 Ticket holders may not bring alcohol or food for their own consumption into the festival site. This applies to entry and re-entry.
10. Animals

10.1 No animals are permitted on site other than assistance dogs.

10.2 Dogs are allowed on site only if kept on a lead at all times and kept under proper control.
10.3 Yateley Sports CIC reserves the right to require the removal of any animal where this is necessary for safety, welfare or the enjoyment of others.
11. Outdoor event conditions
11.1 These festivals take place outdoors. You should dress appropriately for the weather and ground conditions.
11.2 Strobe lighting or similar lighting effects may be used at some performances.
11.3 The event will proceed in most weather conditions unless Yateley Sports CIC decides that it is unsafe or impractical to do so.
12. Prohibited items and activities
12.1 The following must not be brought onto the site unless expressly authorised by Yateley Sports CIC:
- Weapons or items that could be used as weapons
- Illegal substances
- Fireworks, flares or smoke canisters
- Unauthorised professional recording equipment
- Any item that may pose a safety risk or cause unreasonable disruption
12.2 Yateley Sports CIC may confiscate prohibited items where appropriate or require them to be removed from site.
13. Gazebos at Gig on the Green
13.1 A limited number of gazebo spaces are available at Gig on the Green on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to advance booking.
13.2 Only pre-booked gazebos are permitted on site.
13.3 Gazebos must be placed only in the designated area and within the allocated pitch.
13.4 The maximum gazebo size permitted is 3m x 3m.
13.5 Gazebo pitches are for personal use only and must not be used for trading or commercial activity.
13.6 Where a gazebo space has been booked for both days, and the gazebo is left on site overnight, this is entirely at the owner’s risk.
14. Event changes, postponement and cancellation
14.1 Yateley Sports CIC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the advertised programme, timings, attractions, layout or other event arrangements where necessary for the safe, lawful and practical running of the event.
14.2 Line-ups, performers, activities and timings may change without prior notice.
14.3 Where an event is postponed, Yateley Sports CIC will aim to provide further information as soon as reasonably practicable, including whether tickets will remain valid for a rearranged date or whether a refund process will apply.
14.4 If an event is cancelled in full and not rearranged, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket.
14.5 Booking fees, transaction fees, travel, accommodation and any other indirect or consequential costs are not refundable unless Yateley Sports CIC expressly states otherwise.
14.6 No refund will be given where a ticket holder is refused entry or removed from the site because of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, unsafe behaviour, or failure to comply with staff or security instructions.
15. Refunds
15.1 Except as set out in clause 14, tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
15.2 Refund requests, where applicable, must be made in accordance with the instructions issued by Yateley Sports CIC or the authorised ticketing provider.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
16. Safety and leaving the site
16.1 In the interests of public safety, Yateley Sports CIC, its staff, volunteers and contractors may require a person to leave the site or move to another area.
16.2 At the end of the event, ticket holders must leave the site promptly when requested to do so.
16.3 All attendees must comply with reasonable instructions given by staff, volunteers, stewards, security personnel, emergency services and relevant authorities.
17. Personal property and liability
17.1 You attend the festival at your own risk in the sense that outdoor events involve normal public event risks.
17.2 Yateley Sports CIC is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought to the site, including vehicles and their contents, unless caused by its negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
18. General
18.1 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
18.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
18.3 Any rights or remedies available to Yateley Sports CIC under these Terms and Conditions are in addition to any other rights or remedies available in law.
18.4 Yateley Sports CIC may amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in law, licensing requirements, safety or security requirements, venue requirements, operational needs, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
18.5 The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will be published on the relevant festival website, ticketing page or other official festival communication channel.
18.6 Any material changes made after a ticket has been purchased will apply only to the extent reasonably necessary for the safe, lawful and practical running of the event.
18.7 Where reasonably practicable, Yateley Sports CIC will take steps to draw material changes to ticket holders’ attention before the event.
