Blackwater Valley Cask & Cork Festival

There is very limited cash on site, so please pay by card wherever possible.

Drinks are paid for using tokens. The tokens can be purchased near the festival entrance, using a debit/credit card.

Adult tickets include entry to the festival for one session, and a souvenir glass (one per session).

Junior tickets (Sat daytime only) only include entry to the festival.

CAMRA members are eligible for one free beer/cider (2 tokens) per session.

Please prove your membership when you show your ticket on entry, and you'll be given 2 tokens.

Yes, please take your glass with you as a souvenir! Any glasses we have leftover are donated to local good causes and businesses.

No, festival tickets are non-refundable.

No. We have a ticket scanner on-site, all we need is a copy of the ticket on your phone.

Our ticket provider, TicketCo has a tool that you can use to retrieve tickets that you can't find. Please follow these instructions before contacting us.

If you've used the tool and still cannot retrieve your tickets, please send an email to tickets@caskandcork.co.uk.

• Saturday daytime: No limit (children must be supervised and are not allowed into the bar areas)

There is seating on-site, but you are welcome to bring your own.

We can't take any responsibility for the seating you bring with you in the event of damage or loss.

Yes. There is limited parking on-site, but the capacity has proved more than sufficient in previous years.

Please ensure you collect your car by midday the following day. Unfortunately, we cannot take any responsibility for the security of your car.

Yes, you're welcome to bring dogs with you as long as they are kept on a lead in the festival area.

You cannot bring in alcoholic drinks or food for your own consumption to the Festival. This applies to both admissions and re-admissions.

Given a good cause is at its heart, sponsors are an essential part of the festival's success.
